This notice describes the ScaleTechs company website and its enquiry form. Individual products have their own notices.
Information you choose to share
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, organisation if supplied, selected topic and message. Please do not include passwords, payment information, confidential customer records or sensitive financial information.
How we use it
We use the information to assess your enquiry, contact you about it and keep a record of the conversation. Sending a project enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give permission for unrelated marketing.
Hosting and abuse prevention
This website runs on Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiries are stored in a private database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser to help prevent automated abuse. The server uses a short-lived, salted network identifier for rate limiting rather than storing a raw IP address in the enquiry record. Hosting providers may process request and security logs under their own policies.
Access and retention
The enquiry inbox is restricted to the configured ScaleTechs owner account. We keep enquiry information as needed to manage the conversation and related business records. You can contact us to ask about access, correction, retention or removal. Records are not publicly searchable or sold.
Cookies and other sites
This website does not include advertising analytics or marketing trackers. Security checks may use browser storage. The optional team inbox uses sign-in cookies. Following a product or external link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices.
